Nestled on the 28th floor of a downtown Bellevue high-rise, this apartment offered beautiful views but lacked a sense of warmth and personality.
When my client asked if I work with rental properties, my answer was simple—absolutely. Every space deserves to feel like home, no matter how temporary it may be.
Together, we transformed the apartment into a calm, curated environment using Scandinavian-inspired furnishings and local photography that added both texture and a sense of place. The design stayed true to the home’s contemporary architecture while bringing in warmth and intention.
What makes this project especially meaningful is that every piece was selected with longevity in mind—quality furnishings that can transition seamlessly into his next home. Because even a rental should feel personal, elevated, and entirely your own.
This project included sourcing for all furnishings, textiles and lighting throughout the entire home.
